Mission:

To foster healthy, self-sufficient families by empowering them to meet their needs and in turn help others.  Neighborhood-based centers that are culturally-sensitive and membership-run serve as a source of information, education, advocacy, and support, and provide single point of entry access to a wide range of services for individuals and families.
