Mission:
Connecting families, schools and communities to improve student health, well-being and academic achievement.

Programs:

• Student Health and Well-Being: We provide case management services for students who are having difficulty in school due to health, family or social problems.
• Parent Education: We offer a variety of low-cost or free parenting classes on topics ranging from nutrition to discipline.
• Health Promotion: We work with schools to develop special health programs for the school population, and collaborate with area agencies to advocate for youth and family issues in our communities.
